Tuscan was one of those maps that we went back to a lot. I was pod lead for the first major passes of the map. The design was super solid when we got it and was hitting all the marks the Directors were looking for. My work started with contextualizing the areas. We had a few theming changes so this took a few re works. It then transitioned into a few specific areas while helping junior artist figure out their areas. I primarily focused on: the entire church, cloister, ruins lane, barracks room, communication area, and initial vista. Later I was moved on to other maps and fellow artist came through for polish work and further reinforced the theming. Major shout out to the entire team for all their hard work on this map. Tuscan also epitomizes collaboration as an environment art team. I am proud we all get to share the visual success of the map.
